    I thought the same but then saw the other category 'Man No. 28825'. That number makes more sense since Columbia had been going for 20 years by then and, I'm assuming these cards were issued to Any employee regardless of occupation.

    Maybe the 63 is in reference to the year of 1943.

    Glen Ford hated wearing make up in his movies. And it got to the point where the studio didn't push the issue. I always found that fascinating.
