This recently appeared on my friend Jim's blog Pretty Pictures, but I'm including it here as it is my fervent belief that it should be watched by everyone in the world at least once a day.  You won't find such a valuable education anywhere else.

A Mere Pretender To The Throne.

If you know me well (and if you don't, you haven't lived) then you know It requires no arm twisting for me to, at length,  extol the virtues of Stirred Straight Up With A Twist  and even more so it's minx of a proprietor TJB He is my Hero, my Mentor, and my Swell Pal. His taste is faultless, his wit unmatched, and his supreme knowledge of All That Is Important is peerless. Even my dear friend Kabuki Zero, with whom I've enjoyed a dear friendship for 33 years, recently said to me, "Darling, I hope your not insulted that I go to TJB's blog everyday before yours." Well, so do I.

So you can imagine how flattered (and terrified!) I was last week when TJB asked me to be a guest editor on SSUWAT next Monday the 4th. So I'm in mad preparations, packing (nerve pills, hot rollers, IUD) for my virtual trip to:
