4th of July Perfection

Whilst minding mine own business, my neighbor Charlie just phoned and ordered me outside.  And there, across the street........

The most scrumptious '66 Chrysler 300!

Roll out those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer................

Bit of trivia on the 1965-66 Chrysler's: Their dashboards were the largest and longest casting's ever made for a US car to that point history. Bigger than the 1959 Cadillac. I would LOVE that car, BTW.

Also, of course there's no way to know if it's true or not but, the odometer was reading 42,000 miles!

Thank you, lovely to have you aboard!

Since convertibles were sometimes second or even third cars, it is possible that the odometer reading was correct. However, some odometers go back to zero after a point.

It just wouldn't be summer without a red land boat.
