Hmmm. The second shot (pre-nose job?) hints at Seriousness, rather than Glamour, and the first, with its high neckline and restrained hair, hints that this lady, however pretty, isn't basing her fame on her looks alone. I'm trying to think of a midcentury type might be well known but for something offstage, but it's definitely not Betty Comden or Jackie Susann. Hmmmm....
Might it be Marni Nixon? I think not, but it's a guess...
